During his career he provided many consulting and training projects. Since he is an ITIL expert, he implemented many IT Service Management and governance projects. He implemented many strategy plans and Process Architectures. Jihad is a professional facilitator and his experience include business analysis and project management. He provided his consulting and training services for government, private, none profit and charity organizations.

Jihad was involved in many major projects on national level and he took key responsibilities in these projects.
