Having over 18 years of experience in founding, structuring and developing Human Resources and Quality, Environment and Occupational Health department guiding him to be certified Lead Auditing in QHSE which is gained by experience and time, performing audits on behalf of several International Certification Agencies; that developed consultation skills in related fields.
Executed more than 200 man-days Audits for more than 90 organizations for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, etc. and also delivered Auditor Courses on the various ISO standards and self-improvement programs for more than 100 man-days since 2006.
Bashar’s self-motivation to get further information and knowledge led him to get a Masters in Business Management and Safety Practices.

Jameel has a long career record of achievements. More than 24 years of experience in diverse fields of industries, it started in 1988 with houses interior construction, engineering manufactures, passing on signboards manufacturing technologies, advertising and graphic design, marketing, companies’ establishment and business development, then information technology, and finally project management, business analysis and management consulting.

Jameel has contributed in establishing more than 30 companies, all are working till now, and he managed tens of successful big projects, in addition to 100 or more of small projects, with total budgets of $ 1.2 billion.

Through this period Jameel has prepared many new professional training materials, in business analysis, project management, management skills and strategy management.

Also he has invented a decision management accelerating system “DMAS” a unique web-service, a competency-based-evaluation and business intelligence application, it serves talent management projects. And he has submitted many presentations and lectures in professional development and business analysis and development. The famous one that had been submitted on the hall of Council of Saudi Chambers in 2009 about the future direction of business analysis.

Jameel in parallel to his career progression, he has studied economy science, advertising engineering and business administration, systems engineering and management information systems, project management, and finally organizational development.

Jameel has an effective contribution in social services through early joining to the international institute of business analysis “IIBA” in 2007, co-founding the IIBA-Riyadh chapter and accepting the responsibility to be the VP of certification, in addition to his efforts in delivering the awareness to the labor market about the business analysis framework and its role in mitigating the failing risks in development projects.

Jameel has worked 13 years in GCC markets and he has a good understanding to the local business environments and succeed in developing suitable solutions.

Jihad Bawabiji is a computer engineer specialized in Information Management Systems who has been in the consulting business since he graduated about 12 years ago. During his career, he delivered many consulting and training projects. He is an ITIL expert, so, he implemented many IT Service Management projects based on ITIL framework in government and private agencies.

Jihad also delivered many strategy planning and Business Process Management projects. He is an expert and professional trainer in balanced scorecard strategy planning and performance management methodology. Jihad prepared the training materials himself based on internationally recognized references.

Since he is an IT Service Management Expert and a Business Analyst, he contributed in many nationwide projects in Saudi Arabia. He provided his experience in IT service building, strategic and project planning, execution, marketing, reporting and other as an ITSM consultant, analyst and project manager.

Jihad is a professional facilitator with more than 1300 hours of facilitation and training. He facilitated high level meetings and workshops in multiple sectors and sizes of organizations.

He was involved in major national project in Saudi Arabia as a business analyst and project manager.

Jihad provided his services for government, private, nonprofit and charity organizations. He joined major projects in MoL, King Abdul Aziz City for science and Technology, Eastern province Municipality, Madinah Municipality, NADEC, King Abdullah University Hospital, King Khaled University, TVTC, SWCC, King Abdullah Project for Education Development (Tatweer) and others.

Jihad now is a partner in Mitecs Group, Director in Fox IT for Middle East and Turkey.

Graduated in 2000 as a Computer Engineer, Muhannad started his career as an academic instructor for a wide range of IT specialties, sharing his experience in systems analysis, programming, networking and system administration. As a certified professional by Microsoft, CISCO and CompTIA, together with his unique presentation skills, he found his way into business world as a co-founder of one of the remarkably growing IT companies in Saudi Arabia.

Muhannad also combines the self-motivation of a good planner and the dedication of a leader to achieve his ambitions. He developed his career towards project management starting with different IT projects ranging from infrastructure to ERP and Security Services.

Becoming a consultant in CAFM and CMMS solutions was the result of his sustained commitment to leverage all efforts towards the success of many projects he completely managed. His experience varies from public-sector projects (like MoD, MoH, ECRA, SFDA, CMA and MoWE) to semi-government establishments, not to mention private-sector, corporate clients working in Fashion & Retail, Pharmacies, Shopping Malls, Housing Compounds, Industrial Factories and Hotels.

Muhannad is a certified facility manager by international organizations such as IFMA and MEFMA. His experience covers all aspects of Facility Managements, Maintenance and Operation procedures and activities.

Gathering previous experience with his programming and system analysis skills, he reviewed and analyzed the different versions of contracts between the MoH and the contractors so as to create a complete contract management system by leading a team of expert developers.

With a visionary mind and his eagerness to uniqueness, he could always find the new trends in technology and adapt them to meet the upcoming needs of the market.
